This 160,000 square foot shopping mall was dead on arrival with one lone surviving tenant.  We completely transformed this mall by eliminating all interior shopping space and moving the lone tenant to the mall exterior with more convenient street access.  Additional lease space was also created along the mall frontage to attract new tenants.  We converted the abandoned mall interior into light manufacturing space where we finished tens of thousands of square feet of specialty flooring, created office space, and added on brand new loading docks.
